Prof. Valiyev commented on President Ilham Aliyev's speech at the UN General Assembly and touched on the main issues brought to the attention of the head of state. He stated that the President first spoke about the long and complex path that Azerbaijan has taken from war to peace, emphasizing that this process marks the beginning of a new stage not only for the country, but also for the region as a whole.
