Assoc. Prof. Orkhan Valiyev, Head of the Department of Political Science and Philosophy at Khazar University, participated as a lecturer in the event titled Exploring Regional Dynamics in a Multiplex World, organized by INTPOLSEC (International Political and Security Studies Association), TIKA (Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency), and Ankara TED University on September 18-19, 2025.

Assoc. Prof. Valiyev, speaking on the topic of “Azerbaijan Foreign Policy in a Multiplex World”, emphasized that Azerbaijan has increased its influence at the global and regional levels through the efficient use of energy resources, participation in international transport and energy projects, balanced foreign policy, and cooperation with international organizations.
