Article by Department Head and Lecturer in "Daily Sabah"

On September 19, 2025, an article titled “Washington Declaration: The Last Step Toward Peace” by Orkhan Valiyev, Head of the Department of Political Science and Philosophy at Khazar University, and lecturer Rahimakhanim has been published in “Daily Sabah”.

It is important to note that the “Daily Sabah” is a Turkish pro-government daily newspaper published in Türkiye. Available in English and owned by Turkuvaz Media Group, “Daily Sabah” published its first issue on 24 February 2014.
