On September 12, 2025, Khazar University's Graduate School of Science, Art and Technology organized an Orientation Day for newly admitted graduate students. The event was opened by Faculty Dean Gunel Bahaddinova, who provided detailed information about the university's founding history, achievements during its 35 years of operation, existing educational programs, study abroad opportunities, research centers, faculty staff, and departments.

Faculty Coordinator Nigar Aslanli extensively explained the SIMS system, examination process, and general regulations to students.

University department directors delivered speeches and shared their recommendations with students.
