On August 27, 2025, an online seminar on "Career and Prospects in Psychology" was conducted by IPSYSO Azerbaijan (International Psychology Student Organization Azerbaijan representative) with a presentation by Mirsadiq Mukhtarov, staff member of Khazar University's Psychology Department and psychologist at the Khazar Psychological Services Center. The event was attended by psychologists, individuals interested in psychology, and students.

During the seminar, Mirsadiq Mukhtarov emphasized the benefits of acquiring practical skills on the career path. He particularly highlighted the importance of proper and beneficial experiences for students in their career development, as well as the significance of professional mentor support. Additionally, he focused attention on future development opportunities envisioned in the field of psychology, providing detailed information about new directions available to students and young specialists.
