An article by Beyrak Hajiyev, Lecturer of Political Science and Philosophy Department at Khazar University, titled “Recasting multi-vectorism: a western-anchored strategy for Azerbaijan”, has been published in the “Topchubashov Center”.

It is important to note that established in April 2018, the “Topchubashov Center” operates within the framework of the Regional Studies Public Union. The Center focuses on the analysis of international relations, with particular attention to issues related to the post-Soviet space, Central and Eastern Europe, and the Middle East — areas that are important to Azerbaijan’s security and national interests.
