Head of Department on AnewZ Channel

On July 10, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Orkhan Valiyev, Head of the Department of Political Science and Philosophy, was a guest of Anastasia Lavrina on the AnewZ channel on the topic “Azerbaijan and Armenia move closer to peace.” Assoc. Prof. Valiyev explained that the recent bilateral meeting is an important turning point in Azerbaijan – Armenia relations. Orkhan Valiyev noted that the main focus of the discussions was the delimitation of borders, which is important for ensuring peace and security, and that the resolution of this issue will prevent future conflicts and open up avenues for cooperation between the two countries.
