Drawing from international research, he presents a systematic review of the latest scientific investigations into this psychopathology. The article emphasizes the significance of neuroimaging in studying kleptomania, highlighting functional alterations in specific brain regions. Furthermore, it underscores the efficacy of combining psychopharmacological intervention with psychotherapy as an optimal treatment approach for managing kleptomania.
