Faculty member of Khazar University Presented with PhD Diploma

By the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 28, 2023, Gardashkhan Azizkhanli, the lecturer of the Department of Languages and Literature of Khazar University, was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Philology.

Doctor of Philosophy diploma was presented to G.Azizkhanli on May 8.
