On December 2, 2022, at the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jabir Mammadli, the lecturer of the Department of Languages and Literatures of Khazar University, was presented with a doctor of philosophy diploma. By the decision of the HAC, he was awarded the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Philosophy (7211.01 – Aesthetics).

Note that Jabir Mammadli defended his dissertation on "Tragicism in Aesthetics" at the Dissertation Council of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of ANAS.
