On October 26, 2021, Khazar University hosted a scientific seminar organized by the Department of Languages and Literature as part of the 200th anniversary of the great Russian writer F.M.Dostoevsky.

Opening the seminar, Dilbar Zeynalova, Associate Professor, Head of the Languages and Literature Department at Khazar University, spoke about the work done and to be done at Khazar University as part of Dostoevsky's 200^th anniversary, and gave the floor to Professor Akif Huseynov.

Literary critic Akif Huseynov delivered a speech at the seminaron” M.Dostoevsky: Worldview and Creativity". At the end, the speaker answered the students' questions.
