On August 20, 2021, Aynur Gazanfargizi, the lecturer in the Department of Languages and Literature at Khazar University and Doctor of Philosophy in Philology, was a guest on the live broadcast of Durna Teli, a joint project of Azerbaijan Radio and TRT1 - Voice of Turkey. Note that the organizers of the program broadcast on Azerbaijani radio are Ahmad Oguz, Dilshad Tahirgizi, Rovshan Sabiroglu and Gulsum Dadashova.
In the first half hour of the one-hour joint broadcast, Turkish folklorist Fatih Varol, on the Voice of Turkey radio, hosted by Yasemen Pamukcu, spoke about yukha / lavash.
In the second half of the live broadcast, hosted by Dilshad Tahirgizi, A.Gazanfargizi spoke about the difference between lavash and yukha, the importance of bread in Azerbaijan and the Turkic world, and the ancient history of yukha. She noted that traces of yukha were found in 540 on a Turkish farm in China, and later in the 7th-9th centuries in the city of Turpan. He also spoke about the differences in bread baking by regions of Azerbaijan and the reasons for these differences.
Note that A.Gazanfargizi was a guest of this program on July 16, showed traces of the mythological belief system in the customs used by people in their daily lives, emphasizing that these traces are repeated in domestic events as a result of genetic coding.
