On February 21, 2020, Professor Fuat Rasulov, Head of the Working Group on Attracting Students to Khazar University visited cities of Shirvan, Salyan and Neftchala.

The purpose of the visit is to improve the recruitment of students to the University in 2020, to expand the University's “network of partners”, to connect ties with the leaders of preparatory courses operating in the regions, to partner and assist them in recruiting new students. During the visit, contacts with preparatory courses “ALFA” in Shirvan and “Korpu” in Salyan were established, and in the course of the meeting with its leadership and teachers, they were informed about Khazar University.

As there are no preparatory courses in Neftchala, the meeting was held with teachers and students of the 11th grade of the Secondary School No. 3. During the meeting, students were provided with an extensive information about Khazar University, distributed leaflets and students' questions were answered.
