On February 26, 2016, an article was published on the Azad Azerbaijan (ATV) broadcasting company’s website (atv.az) about the International Khojaly Panel that took place in Ankara, Turkey.

Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, participated in the International Khojaly Panel. The Panel took place in Ankara on February 23 as organized by Globalizing Azerbaijan Civil Development Center, Azerbaijan’s “New Era” Analytic Internet Newspaper (www.yenicag.az) and the Xeber365.com news website. The Panel was dedicated to the 24^th anniversary of the Khojaly tragedy. It included the participation of officials, diplomats, scholars and public servants from both countries.
