On May 4, 2017, the First Deputy Minister of Education of the Arab Republic of Egypt Hossam El-Malehy and Dr.Ahmed Sami Elaydy, Cultural and Educational Attache of Egypt visited Kazar University. Hamlet Isakhanli, Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, greeted the guests and expressed his pleasure at meeting them again. He gave information about Khazar University to the guests. Later he introduced the administration of the university to the guests. The guests from Egypt got acquainted with Hassan Niknafs, Rector of the University; Professor Mahammad Nuriyev, Vice President of Khazar University for Academic Affairs; Dr. Isakhan Isakhanli, Vice President for Administration and Student Affairs; Jabir Khalilov, Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences; Elza Samadova, Dean of the School of Education; Jeyhun Mammadov, Dean of the School of Economics and Management; Alovsat Amirbayli, Director of Media and PR Office; Raziya Isayeva, Director of the Development Center; Lyudmila Sotova, Director of Quality Assurance Center; Turan Jafarova, Director of International Affairs Office and others. Turan Jafarova made a presentation about Khazar University. The Deputy Minister of Education of Egypt and Hamlet Isakhanli gave presents to each other. The guests also got acquainted with the Library-Information center, laboratories and classrooms at the university. 

A banquet was organized in honor of the guests. Photos were taken at the end of the event.
