Head of the Department Spoke at the International Conference on the Caucasus

On April 27, 2017, Dr. Mukhtar Hajizada, Jean Monnet Chair and Head of the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Khazar University, participated in an international conference entitled “Challenges and Opportunities of Europeanisation in the Caucasus”. Dr. Hajizada delivered a presentation on the EU and the wider Black Sea neighbourhood dealing with the security, institutionalization and the role of stakeholders. The conference took place at Yeditepe University in Istanbul, Turkey on 27-28 April, 2017
