Khazar University Education faculty students had their elective history class in the National Museum of Azerbaijan History the last weeks of April, 2017. On April 21-28, the first year History faculty students had their excursion and lecture out of the university with the initiative and organization of the Department of History and Archeology and for the purpose of elucidating our national heritage and history. The excursion was held with the close partnership of the  Azerbaijani Museum of History and the cooperation of its supportive staff. For the excursion period the students were given information on all the periods of Azerbaijan history, the exhibits reflecting spiritual and material heritage of our nation. Especially, the lecture of Sabuhi Ahmedov, the museum’s branch manager on Heraldic got the students’ attention. The students asked questions about studying Azerbaijan’s attributes and symbols. 

Overall, object-lessons organized by Khazar University in National Museum of Azerbaijan History are of great importance for the students’ understanding and acquision of the materials learned.
