On April 11, 2017 Prof. Dr. Ihsan Sabuncuoghlu, the rector of Abdullah Gul University, Turkey met Khazar University’s founder and the Chair of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli. The decision was made on establishing future cooperation between these two universities. Khazar University’s rector Dr. Hassan Niknafs and the director of Public Relations and Media, Alovsat Amirbeyli also took part in the meeting.
