On April 3, the founder of Khazar University and the chair of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli visited the “Seminars of Guest Lecturers” within the project of “Training for potential school directors on school’s management”. Prof. H.Isakhanli delivered a seminar on the topic “Management at School: theory and practice”.

The seminar starting with Khazar University’s structure and management reflected successful management and leadership experience for both potential and existing school directors. The importance of “There is no age limit for learning and teaching”, “Always being ready and open for changes” was emphasized and discussions were held on the concept of “acquired knowledge” through experience.

At the end of the session Prof. H. Isakhanli answered the participants’ questions.

We also notice that “The Training Course of Managing the School for Potential School Directors” is continuously held by Khazar University for three years.
