On February 27, 2017, the Department of Political Science and International Relations of Khazar University launched the Employability and Soft Skills Training Program. This special program is designed to equip students with CV writing, job interview preparation as well as presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. The training is also intended to help students develop their hard skills including PowerPoint presentation, Excel basics, effective e-mail communication and cover letter writing.

The program started with a workshop by the experts of the human resource management unit of Deloitte Azerbaijan. The ten-week program will also be conducted by experts from GR8 Club, Fireworks Human Resource Management as well as the Career Development Centre of Khazar University.
