On February 17, 2017, Gasham Zeynalov, Head of Khazar University Department of Petroleum Engineering and director of eLink research and development center, met with Alexander Goncharov, Director of the CIS branch of KAPPA. During the meeting, the possibility of endowing Khazar University with software programs for fluid dynamics, geophysics, oil production analysis and other complex modules was discussed. Alexander Goncharev informed the meeting of his upcoming visit to Baku together with Olivier Houze, General Manager of KAPPA, at the end of March to discuss the details of this endowment plan.
