On February 8, 2017, an interview with Prof. Hamlet Isaxanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, was published on the official website of the “Şərq”. The interview includes Prof. Isaxanli’s comments on the Ministry of Education’s new proposal on the admission of students to higher educational institutions in Azerbaijan submitted to the government.
