On January 30, 2017, a conference entitled “The Role of Education in Socio-Economic Development” was held at Azerbaijan State University of Economics. Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, was one of the speakers at the event. The talk entitled “Participants and Shareholders in Quality of Education” was followed by extensive discussions.
