On January 24, 2017, a guest lecture for Potential School Directors was organized in Khazar University’s affiliate Dunya School. The lecture was held at the Dunya School’s Library. The guest lecturer was Prof. Hamlet Isaxanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees.

In his talk entitled “Successful Management Experience and Leadership”, Prof. Isaxanli shared his experience with the directors and stressed the importance of the leader’s personal qualities.

Prof. Isaxanli then answered the participants’ questions and read his own selected poems at their request.
