In January 2017, a book by Dr. Jestin Baby Mandumpal, instructor for Khazar University’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, entitled A Journey through Water: a Scientific Exploration of the most Anomalous Liquid on Earth, was printed in Dubai. In the book, Dr. Mandumpal presents water at the molecular level and explores the relationship between its peculiar properties and structure. The book was printed by Bentham Science – it will also be available in electronic format soon.
