On January 18, 2017, an event of the "Science Party" project was held  at the Center for Cultural and Educational Relations of the Egyptian Embassy with the coordination of Dr. Ahmed Sami Elaydi, Head of the Center. Dr. Ahmed Sami Elaydi opened the event and spoke about the cultural and educational ties between Egypt and Azerbaijan. A short film about Egypt was shown to the event participants.

Then a speech was made by Dr. Elza Semedova, Dean of the School of Education. The event was also attended by Firdovsiyya Ahmadova və Havva Mammadova from Academy of Public Administration under the President of Azerbaijan, Gudrat Isamilzada, Head of the department of Archeology and Ethnography of Baku State University.

Turana Zamanova,  the project coordinator, also made a speech in which she expressed her gratitude to the project partners and emphasized the importance of such events.

The ceremony continued with an interesting exhibit and a library tour. A reception followed.

We note that on December 23, 2016, an event of the “Science Party” project was held at Khazar University’s Marble Hall.
