Azercell LLC completed the final selections of its Student Bursary Program launched on October 1, 2016 to support the development of students’ academic potential in Azerbaijan. Azim Hashimov, third-year bachelor’s student of Khazar University’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences majoring in Oil and Gas Engineering, was among the grantees.  

Twenty-seven students from different Higher Education Institutions of Azerbaijan became “Azercell scholars” through a multi-stage selection process.
