Founder Shares Views on Rectors’ Council

On December 14, 2016, an article entitled “What Will the Rectors’ Council Contribute to Education?” was published on the Hafta.az news site. The article quotes Minister of Education Mikayil Jabbarov saying that a Rectors’ Council will be established in Azerbaijan in the near future. The author of the article learned various educational experts’ views on this topic.

Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, is among those quoted in the article.
