“Towards Perfection” Event

On December 14, 2016, the Khazar University Psychological Services Center held an event entitled “Towards Perfection” upon popular demand of the students. The goal of the event was to get young people interested in a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, avoidance of bad habits, fitness, and psychological health by showing them examples.

The main lecturer was Fovqi Efendiyev, graduate of the nutritional engineering program at Middle East Technical University in Turkey.

During the event, students learned how to attain their ideal weight, what is good nutrition, and how to break bad habits.
