Dunya IB School is now an authorized SAT Test Center! It received a letter from the College Board confirming that code 60144 was assigned to Dunya IB School allowing it to conduct SAT exams.

The SAT is a standardized test accepted by most colleges and universities worldwide. It consists of mathematics, critical reading and writing sections, and the SAT test has been designed to assess literacy and writing skills, analytical and problem-solving skills to reflect what students learned in high school.

The SAT is owned and published by the College Board, a private non–profit organization located in USA.

According to the College Board, “SAT test centers help students take that important first step on the road to college success. By becoming a test center, you will not only help connect motivated students to the SAT, SAT Subject Tests, and associated college planning resources, but will also expose more students overall to the opportunities of higher education.”

The first SAT exam will be held on 21^st of January, 2017 at Dunya IB School (Ajami Nakhchivani 9).
