On December 6, 2016, Professor Gudret Ismayilzadeh, Chair of the Department of Archeology and Ethnography at Baku State University, Editor in Chief of Azerbaijan Archeology Journal, Meritorious Educator, and Doctor of Historical Sciences, met with Khazar University students upon the initiative of the Khazar University Department of History and Archeology. The meeting was an introduction for first-year students of the School of Education.

Professor Gudret Ismayilzadeh spoke about his academic activities, archeological expeditions, and situations he encountered.
