Beginning on November 21, Dr. Irada Khalilova, Head of the Biology Department and Director of the Cell Pathology Research Center at Khazar University, is performing research in the Faculty of Odontology, Research Laboratory of Biology, Health and Nanoscience at Montpellier University in France as part of a Erasmus + mobility grant. Her research focuses on mesenchyme stem cells becoming osteoblasts and the use of biomaterials along with dental tissue regeneration. She is also participating in laboratory classes with students in the same school. On November 29, Dr. Khalilova will give a lecture on “Oxidative stress biomarker research for early disease diagnostics” for staff members and researchers of the laboratory.
