On November 8, 2016, Khazar University’s affiliate Dunya School held an event as part of the Practical Engineering and Leadership Program. Participants included pupils, teachers and parents.

The “Help” training program includes academic and practical sections in engineering, leadership and robotics. It covers mentor-trainee relationships, how to continually look for solutions to problems, and discovery. It is intended for pupils aged 5-18.

This program is used in educational institutions of America, Japan, and Azerbaijan including Khazar University and Baku Higher Oil School.
