On October 28, 2016, teachers and students from Khazar University’s affiliate Dunya School visited the Egyptian Cultural Center of the Egyptian Embassy to Azerbaijan.

They watched a film about Egyptian history and culture. Then Ahmad Sami Elaydi, Director of the Egyptian Cultural and Educational Relations Center, greeted the guests and told them about the center’s work and its partnerships with Azerbaijani education and cultural institutions. In addition, he led a discussion about partnership between Dunya School and the Cultural Center, including the Center’s organization of literary reading hours to teach Dunya students about Egyptian culture as well as Arabic language classes for students and teachers.

Both parties expressed their readiness to proceed with cooperation and organization of similar events.
