On November 1, 2016, as organized by Associate Professor Roza Arazova, Head of the Department of History and Archeology, and instructor Orkhan Zamanov, first-year students of the Department took a field trip to Gala Archeological/Ethnographic Museum Complex.

The museum guides gave the students interesting information. It was the first time many of the students had been to the museum.

First the students took a tour of the museum and its exhibits, which are located outdoors. Then they visited the Antiques Museum and Gala Castle, and they were given an assignment to present what they had learned from the museum.
