On October 28, 2016, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, received guests from Kahramanmaras Sutcu Imam University of Turkey including Durmus Deveci, Rector; Ibrahim Solak, Vice Rector; the Chairman of the Public Relations Committee; the Chairman of the Center for Stability and Development; and the Vice President of the World Azerbaijanis’ Cultural Center. Professor Mahammad Nuriyev, Vice President of Khazar University for Academic Affairs; Dr. Isakhan Isakhanli, Vice President for Administration and Student Affairs; and Alovsat Amirbeyli, Director for Public Relations and Media, also participated in the meeting.
