On October 12, 2016, representatives of Sejong University (Seoul, Korea) visited Khazar University to initiate cooperation between the two universities. The meeting was held on the university’s Neftchilar campus.

Representatives of Sejong University included Mr. Joshua Han, Program Manager and Mr. Otabek Juraev, Associate Coordinator. Participants from Khazar University included Dr. Hassan Niknafs, President, and Ms. Turan Jafarova, Director of the International Affairs Office.

The parties expressed interest in exchanging students, developing joint/double degree programs, and carrying out other joint projects. A memorandum of understanding will soon be signed between the two universities to start the official coopertaion.
