The new issue of Khazar Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences (Vol 19, № 3, 2016), has been published by Khazar University Press.
Issues that were touched upon in this issue include class oppression and consumerism in Dreiser’s Sister Carrie; implications of peacebuilding on Philippine national development; investigation of hypothetic-creative reasoning skills of teacher trainees; acquisition of spatial adjectives in the case of a four-year-old child knowing Azerbaijani Turkish, English and Farsi; historiography of Shahabuddin Muhammad Zydari Nassavi; the determination of the needs of families with a mentally handicapped child according to their mood; and interplay of Khudai Khidmatgar and Independence Movement’s socio-political factors .
The Journal is published four times a year in English.
