From August 31 to September 1, the International Society of Management Science and Engineering Management held the 10th International Conference on Management Science and Engineering Management at the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. On August 31, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, participated in the opening ceremony.

On September 1, H.Isaxanli made a presentation in the panel discussion during the conference at the Academy of Sciences. He spoke about the special role played by Khazar University in management science and engineering management in Azerbaijan, including training, research, practical works and projects. He also participated in related discussions.
