On July 1, 2016, the Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli visited Yildiz Technical University of Turkey and met with the rector Professor Dr. Ismail Yuksek. The meeting took place at the rector’s office of Yildiz Technical University.

During the meeting issues of mutual interest were discussed, in particular appointment of supervisors for PhD students, staff and student mobility opportunities within Mevlana Exchange Programme as well as development of double-degree programs.
