The article of Elsevar Mammadov, PhD candidate and instructor at Khazar University, Department of Political Science and International Relations was published in the book entitled “Caucasus, the EU and Russia – Triangular Cooperation?” (Michèle Knodt, Sigita Urdze (Hrsg.), by Nomos, Baden-Baden by Nomos Publishing house. The article is titled “EU-Azerbaijan cooperation within the Eastern Partnership and other frameworks: The view from Azerbaijan’s foreign policy perspective”. Elsevar Mammadov analyzed the relations with the EU, cooperation in the framework of the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) and the Eastern Partnership (EaP) from the point of view of Azerbaijan `s foreign policy. The paper studies Azerbaijan’s foreign policy goals in the context of its relations with the EU, as well as the EU’s expectations regarding these programs and Azerbaijan`s attitude to these expectations.
