On May 5-7, 2016, Associate Professor Elmira Mammadova-Kekech, instructor of the Department of Azerbaijani Language and Literature at Khazar University, participated in the International Bozok Symposium at Bozok University in Yozqat, Turkey.

Elmira Mammadova-Kekech gave a lecture on “Traces of Tradition in the Divan of Huzni of Yozqat.” The lecture included her research on the influence of Nasimi and Fuzuli on the works of XX century divan poet Huzni as well as comparisons among gezels.
