The main objective of the course is to increase the knowledge and skills of school directors and educational workers interested in working as school directors in the future in accordance with the new education strategy and the educational reforms of the country as well as to introduce the participants to best practices from global experience in education. The course will run for 12 weeks with 3 days of classes totaling 12 hours a week in 8 modules (curriculum application and management, educational administration, statistics and analysis, finance and accounting, legislation and education law, educational psychology, psychometrics, and ICT).
