On April 25, Khazar University Chamber Orchestra performed a concert in Asef Zeynalli College of Music. The concert was dedicated to the university’s 25th anniversary. Audience members included administrators of the university and college as well as instructors and students of the college.

Nazim Kazimov, Director of the College, opened the event and introduced the guests. Then Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, spoke in detail about the university’s activities in the fields of culture and fine arts.

The Chamber Orchestra performed songs by European and Azerbaijani composers. The soloist was Elchin Feyzullayev, master student at Khazar University.

Alovsat Amirbeyli, Khazar University Director for Public Relations and Media, also participated in the event.

At the end of the performance, N. Kazimov thanked the Khazar University administration, Department of Music and Fine Arts, and orchestra members for their participation. He presented a gift to the university.

The Chamber Orchestra will continue to play concerts dedicated to the University’s 25^th anniversary.
