Welcome to the International Affairs Office!

The mission of the International Affairs Office is to coordinate, encourage and contribute to the internationalization of the Khazar University.

The International Affairs Office of Khazar University is responsible for the university’s overall international strategy, including recruitment, student exchange and cooperation with universities and other organizations. The International Affairs Office also provides guidance and advising services to international students and scholars of Khazar University.

Our key roles include but are not limited to:

• Initiating and managing international cooperation agreements and partnerships
• Representing the university at local and international conferences, fairs and other events
• Coordinating the exchange programs, e.g. Erasmus Plus, Mevlana
• Coordinating individual inter-university student exchanges
• Providing support services for international students, academic staff and visitors
• Assisting international students in maintaining their legal status in Azerbaijan, providing support to their dependents

International Affairs Office provides full support for the internationals visiting University for study, research, teaching or other purposes. Support services include visa registration, arrival arrangements, housing information, immigration advising, orientation programs, extension of academic stays for valid reasons, counseling related to emergencies and unexpected immigration problems.
