From November 13, 2019, the “Potential School Principals XI” training courses are being organized by Khazar University. During the course, trainings were conducted in the areas of Education Management, Finance, Statistics, Legislation, Law of Education and ICT. The course was taught by Associate Professor Elza Samedova, the Dean of the School of Humanities, Social Sciences and Education, Raziya Isayeva, Development Director, and other professional teachers with an expertise in the relevant subjects. During the training, the deputy directors from different regions of our country were acquainted with globalized world education and the deep aspects of knowledge management in educational institutions in the modern world, learned the latest methods of education development and implementation.
On February 12, 2020, a meeting of the attendees of the “Potential School Principals XI” Course with Khazar University “Dunya School’s” Director and Teaching Staff, was held upon the initiative of Raziya Isayeva, Development Director at Khazar University and also the Director of this Project. At the meeting, a presentation was made on the establishment, strategy and goals of the “Dunya” School.
In her presentation, Raziya Isayeva spoke about the school's development, achievements, the methods and techniques used in the education system, the way students develop, and school’s 20 years of experience. During the presentation a discussion was held with the attendees and their questions were answered. They got acquainted with classrooms, laboratories, student handicrafts space, and with paintings on the walls of the school.
The meeting continued around the tea table. A number of topics were discussed during the tea-time, such as education, education management and school issues. At the end, memorable photos were taken with attendees of the course, teaching staff, and the project manager.
The Potential School Principals Course has been in operation since 2014, with over 670 alumni certificates issued, and more than 50 have been appointed directors and deputy directors.
