On January 23, 2017, an exam for a sixth iteration of the course of the Potential School Directors project was held at Khazar University. Future participants were given brief information about the course, and their questions were answered.
The exam results will be announced at the end of January. The 3-month training course is scheduled to begin in the first week of February.
The main purpose of this training course is to help present and future school leaders improve their knowledge and leadership skills to adapt to the new education reform of the country as well as familiarize themselves with efficient global experiences.
To this end, 7 subjects (curriculum implementation and management; education management; statistics and data analysis; finance and accounting; legislation and the right to education; educational psychology and ICT) are taught within the project. The course is 12 weeks in duration; classes are held three days per week.
